We are fellow cyclists and strive to be fair and understanding! For example, we understand that airline handling is beyond your control, so minor scratches to the bike travel bags won't be charged under our damage policy.

However, if the bike travel bag is returned damaged or not returned at all, or with any missing items, you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs (up to 800 CHF).

Handle the bike travel bag carefully while on your possession, and follow-up strictly all step-by-step instructions that will be provided.

We are not responsible for any damage to your bike while it is transported in our bike travel bags. Use of our bike travel bags is at your own risk. If you want added protection, we strongly recommend securing cycling insurance.

2. Are there any step-by-step instructions on how to pack my bike?
Yes, step-by-step instructions and tips will be sent after reservation is made.
3. How will the bike travel bag be picked-up and returned?
Bike travel bag needs to be picked-up and returned in our location close to Zurich Enge (8002).
4. When will I make the payment?
Payment will be done only when picking-up the bike travel bag via TWINT or Revolut.
5. Do I need a Packing Assistance Service?
All bike travel bag rentals will be provided with a step-by-step instruction on how to correctly package your bike in a secure way. However, if you're new to disassembling and packing bikes for travel, we recommend to take the Packing Assistance Service where an expert will help you to disassemble your bike, package it in the travel bag and teach on how to assembled it correctly. This service is only available in Zurich in our location close to Zurich Enge (8002).
